1 About UTS Training Academy

We provide professional training programmes in Artificial Intelligence, Financial Technology (FinTech), and Data Science, delivered via live online sessions, in-person workshops, and bespoke corporate programmes.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering on our website, booking a discovery call, enrolling in a course, or otherwise engaging with UTS Training Academy services, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• Are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent);
• Agree to be legally bound by these terms and any additional programme-specific terms communicated at the time of enrolment.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your enrolment applies to your booking.

3 Enrolment & Registration

Enrolment is confirmed only once we have received full payment and issued a written confirmation email. Places on our programmes are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• You are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information at registration.
• A free 30-minute discovery call is available prior to enrolment and carries no obligation.
• Enrolment for corporate or team bookings may be subject to a separate agreement.

4 Fees & Payment

All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable materials unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is due in full before the programme start date unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
• We accept bank transfer and major debit/credit cards. Invoice-based payment is available for corporate clients.
• UTS Training Academy is not currently VAT registered. Fees shown are not subject to VAT unless otherwise stated.

5 Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@teachaitools.com. The date of receipt of your written request is used to determine which policy applies.

If UTS Training Academy cancels a programme due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer at no cost.

6 Course Delivery & Changes

• Programmes are delivered live (online via Zoom, in-person in Nottingham, or hybrid) as specified at booking.
• Sessions are recorded for enrolled students only and must not be shared externally.
• We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course content, dates, trainers, or delivery format where necessary. We will give as much notice as possible and no less than 5 working days.
• If a session is missed by the student, a recording will be made available where possible. We cannot guarantee rescheduling for individual absences.
• Live sessions require a stable internet connection, a working webcam and microphone, and access to Zoom.

7 Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with trainers and fellow students at all times;
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute course sessions or materials without prior written consent;
• Complete any pre-reading or preparatory tasks communicated before sessions;
• Notify us promptly if you are unable to attend a scheduled session;
• Not share login credentials or allow third parties access to course materials.

We reserve the right to remove a student from a programme, without refund, if conduct is found to be disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms.

8 Intellectual Property

All course materials, slides, recordings, frameworks, and content produced by UTS Training Academy remain the exclusive intellectual property of Unique Tech Solutions Ltd.

• Materials are licensed to enrolled students for personal learning use only.
• Materials may not be reproduced, sold, sub-licensed, or published without written permission.
• Work produced by students during bespoke or corporate programmes remains the property of the commissioning organisation, unless otherwise agreed.

9 Certificates & Accreditation

• A UTS Training Academy Certificate of Completion is awarded to students who complete the Full Programme (12 sessions).
• Certificates are digital (PDF) and issued within 5 working days of programme completion.
• Our programmes are industry-relevant but are not currently regulated by Ofqual or an awarding body. Certificates are professional development credentials, not formal academic qualifications.
• Certificates will not be issued where fees remain outstanding or where a student has not met minimum attendance requirements (80% of sessions).

10 Data Protection & Privacy

UTS Training Academy is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• We collect and process only the data necessary to deliver our services and communicate with you.
• Your data will never be sold to third parties.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing info@teachaitools.com.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• UTS Training Academy provides training programmes for educational and professional development purposes. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary increases, or business results.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any programme shall not exceed the fee paid by you for that programme.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages arising from participation in or inability to access our programmes.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
