Dr. Anand Mandal

Co-Founder of Unique Tech Solutions and academic lead supporting UTS Training Academy, Dr. Anand is Associate Professor and MBA Director for Distance Learning at the University of Birmingham. With extensive experience in AI, digital innovation, and technology-enhanced education, he brings a strong combination of academic leadership, applied research, and programme design to the academy. He supports curriculum development and quality assurance, helping ensure that UTS training combines academic rigour with practical, skills-focused learning for professionals, teams, and institutions.

Dr. Sharzad Madjlesi

Co-Founder & CEO of Unique Tech Solutions and Programme Director of UTS Training Academy, Dr. Sharzad is an entrepreneur in training, Guest Lecturer, and AI in Education researcher at the University of Birmingham. With more than 15 years of industry and training experience, she brings together academic insight and practical expertise to deliver accessible, relevant, and immediately useful AI and technology education. She holds a PhD in Financial Technology and leads the academy’s vision of making AI and technology learning practical for professionals, teams, and institutions.

Mehran Gharooni

Chief Technology Officer at Unique Tech Solution and AI specialist, Mehran is the face of the training experience at UTS Training Academy. He leads on-line sessions and brings extensive hands-on experience in AI-powered education and technology training. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Master’s degree in AI and Data Science, and is beginning his PhD in AI. Mehran delivers every programme with clarity, patience, and real-world insight, helping learners build practical skills with confidence.
